About the position Are you looking for an opportunity to work from home in Arkansas? How about the opportunity to increase your pay based on your individual performance? If so, come join our growing team of Medical Record Review Analysts! As a Medical Record Review Analyst, you will support healthcare facilities throughout the country by processing scanned medical records using our patented Solarity software. Records you process will be used in patient care, sometimes within that same day, so accuracy and productivity are important. So are computer, typing and 10-key skills. This position is metrics driven and you will easily be able to see how you are performing relative to your goals. You can also earn additional income through our pay for performance program. We also offer a 2% match for 401k contributions the first of the month following 30 days. Supporting healthcare clients requires that we are open 24/7/365. We typically take volunteers first to rotate holidays for fairness and pay holiday pay for the 6 major holidays. Additionally, the amount of work we receive from our healthcare clients can vary, which means there may be times when an employee would be asked to work overtime and other times when they are asked to leave early. We do our best to balance out schedules throughout the week, but there may be weeks you work over 40 hours and weeks you work under. A high school diploma or GED is required. Along with strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick informed decisions, perform repetitive tasks and work on a computer for an entire shift. To successfully work from home, you will need the following: An internet connection of at least 50 megabit download and 10 megabit upload.
