The role involves managing multiple workstreams in membership marketing and developing strategic briefs for freelancers.

Responsibilities

• Managing and advancing multiple active workstreams simultaneously, including subscription/experience product marketing, registration simplification initiatives, and membership marketing planning
• Developing and driving creative and strategic briefs for freelancers based on business needs and multi-stakeholder input
• Supporting a shift in how membership marketing strategy is approached and executed

Skills

• Proven experience in membership marketing strategy and/or member and lead acquisition
• Someone who can own multiple workstreams at once without missing a beat
• Strong communicator who can navigate multiple stakeholders with ease
• An exceptional problem solver — things will come up, and we need someone who figures it out
• Experience developing audience-driven strategies (not just executing campaigns) is a big plus
• Background in cause-driven, youth, or community-focused organizations is a bonus
