- Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Help clients understand their insurance benefit options
- Answer questions about coverage, plans, and policies
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with new and existing customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
- Support clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs
