Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Saicon is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Procurement Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong techno-functional background. This role will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Procurement solution delivery, focusing on automation initiatives and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Procurement solution delivery—spanning discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
• Drive automation initiatives and process optimization, with a strong focus on integrations, supplier management, and procurement excellence

Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Procurement (EBS and/or Cloud)
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud
• At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Procurement implementations
• Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Qualification, Sourcing, and Supplier Portal functionalities
• Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and automation workflows (RPA)
• Strong skills in creating and troubleshooting BI reports, OTBI, and approval workflows
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder engagement experience
• Oracle Cloud Procurement Certified Implementation Specialist
• Experience with supplier management tools and third-party catalog integrations
• Familiarity with AWS, Jira and ServiceNow
