Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GQR is seeking a Workday professional to take ownership of Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking within a growing HRIS environment. The role involves configuring and enhancing Workday while collaborating with HR and Payroll stakeholders to support workforce processes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to configure and enhance Workday
  • Support key workforce processes
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Drive continuous improvements across the platform

Skills

  • Hands-on Workday experience with Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking
  • Strong HRIS or Workday functional configuration background
  • Experience supporting payroll operations, leave programs, and time management processes
  • Ability to gather requirements, optimize business processes, and deliver system enhancements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
