This role involves working directly with prospects to understand their DevOps challenges and architect solutions that drive real business impact, acting as the technical backbone of the sales process.

• Understand DevOps challenges and architect solutions that drive business impact
• Walk into C-suite meetings and explain how DORA metrics drive business outcomes
• Dive deep with engineering teams on Salesforce DevOps implementation strategies
• Craft narratives that connect technical capabilities to business transformation
• Translate complex deployment pipelines into ROI conversations
• Conduct demos that show why our solutions matter
• Work directly with prospects from initial discovery calls to final contract negotiations

Skills

• Deep expertise in DevOps ecosystems and software delivery intelligence
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps and platform optimization
• Fluent in DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time, Change Failure Rate, Recovery Time)
• Strong understanding of Developer Experience (DevEx) and its impact on productivity
• You don't just present features. You craft narratives that connect technical capabilities to business transformation
• Can translate complex deployment pipelines into ROI conversations
