They are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement / Sourcing Analyst to support day-to-day procurement operations, reporting, and administrative activities while collaborating with various stakeholders to manage purchasing data and ensure accurate processing of procurement transactions.

Responsibilities

• Generate, analyze, and distribute procurement, sourcing, spend, and supplier reports
• Maintain procurement records, supplier information, contracts, and purchasing documentation
• Support purchase requisition and purchase order processes within Coupa
• Monitor and track procurement activities, approvals, and spend against budgets
• Assist sourcing and procurement teams with RFQs, supplier onboarding, and vendor management activities
• Create dashboards and reporting packages for procurement leadership
• Ensure data accuracy across procurement and financial systems
• Perform data cleanup, audits, and reconciliation activities between Coupa and NetSuite
• Support month-end and quarter-end procurement reporting requirements
• Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Respond to internal stakeholder inquiries regarding purchasing status, suppliers, and procurement processes
• Maintain compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, finance operations, or related analytical roles
• Experience generating reports and analyzing procurement or financial data
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting
• Experience working with procurement systems and ERP platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Coupa Procurement Platform
• Experience with NetSuite ERP
• Experience supporting supplier onboarding and vendor management processes
• Knowledge of procurement lifecycle, purchasing, and sourcing best practices
• Experience creating dashboards and KPI reporting
