Evolo is a rapidly growing international Energy Storage business expanding its footprint in the U.S. Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) market. They are seeking a Product Manager to shape the roadmap, influence strategy, and bring innovative BESS solutions from concept to market.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap
• Lead product development from ideation through launch and ongoing improvement
• Translate market insight, customer feedback, and business goals into clear priorities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements and deliver successful launches
• Work with manufacturing partners and suppliers to support production readiness and quality
• Maintain professional, consistent product assets and documentation
• Build strong relationships across international teams and support occasional travel

Skills

• 3–5 years' product management experience in battery storage or renewable energy
• Strong technical understanding of battery technologies and energy storage systems
• Proven success launching products from concept to market
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work across time zones
• Right to work in the USA
