Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm seeking an experienced Creative Production Designer. The role involves creating high-quality marketing and communication assets while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design digital assets for web, email, social media, landing pages, presentations, and marketing campaigns
• Create print-ready materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and other collateral
• Prepare production-ready files and perform preflight, QA, and quality checks
• Manage file organization, version control, localization, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) compliance
• Collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 5+ years of graphic design experience focused on digital and print production
• Strong portfolio showcasing production design work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
• Experience with digital marketing assets, print production, presentation design, and marketing collateral
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
• Experience with WCAG accessibility standards, file management, version control, and production QA
• Familiarity with localization workflows and project management tools such as Workfront or Monday.com
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Experience with Adobe Firefly or other AI creative tools
• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX design tools
• Experience supporting multilingual creative production
