QuestBridge is an organization focused on connecting high-achieving students from low-income backgrounds with educational opportunities. The Program Manager will oversee operations related to college partners and play a key role in maximizing the impact of QuestBridge’s programs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning and execution of the team’s work to maximize the impact of QuestBridge’s programs for high school students
• Provide operational support to college partners enabling their participation in QuestBridge programs
• Develop communications and resources for college partners, ensuring messaging is presented in a clear and concise way
• Analyze partner data trends to better understand and facilitate student placements
• Plan partner colleges’ participation in QuestBridge events, including collaborative meetings and conferences
• Track partner engagement and communication through Salesforce CRM
• Manage college partner participation in QuestBridge outreach and education efforts, such as our in-person and virtual conferences
• Play a significant role efforts to evaluate and select students for various programs
• Perform other administrative and miscellaneous tasks as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of full-time professional experience
• Passion for and knowledge of issues in higher education, particularly highly selective college admissions and financial aid processes
• Process oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to understand and communicate complex processes in a straightforward way
• Ability to manage multiple programs while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism
• Strong comfort with technology and data, with the ability to evaluate and improve current operations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with superior writing and editing ability
• Heightened sensitivity to students from low-income backgrounds and a strong track record of handling sensitive personal information and situations
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, IF statements, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions)
• Experience with Canva

• Experience with Tableau
• Experience with Slate
• Understanding of statistical analysis
