The Project Manager will play a crucial role in managing relationships with major brands, investors, and partners while ensuring efficient operations as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Brand partnership pipeline from first intro to signed contract
• Investor relations follow-up cadences for our active seed round
• Airtable CRM — every lead has a status, a next action, and a date
• Advisor coordination and back-channel follow-ups
• Small remote ops team oversight
• Daily briefings and inbox management for the founder

• Available and responsive — not a 9-5 person
• A finisher who sees what's stuck and fixes it
• Good judgment: knows when to act and when to ask
• Clear writer — investor emails, brand outreach, internal updates
