[Remote] Regional Sales Director, Enterprise

They are seeking a Regional Sales Director, Enterprise to lead a high-growth team, drive revenue, and optimize sales processes for enterprise clients with 501-5,000 employees.

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise new business and expansion targets, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline health
  • Execute GTM initiatives and personally support high-impact, strategic deals to ensure closure
  • Drive disciplined CRM usage and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance
  • Lead, recruit, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives to exceed KPIs
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and hands-on deal coaching
  • Set clear performance standards and develop career paths for the commercial sales team
  • Partner with Marketing on pipeline generation and Product to share market insights
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term expansion
  • Refine internal processes to improve efficiency across the commercial segment

Skills

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years leading high-performing enterprise teams
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in SaaS
  • High agency and comfort driving results within fast-paced, Series A–D environments
  • Experience in BI, data analytics and/or ETL platforms strongly preferred
