[Remote] Remote - Client Support Specialist

They are seeking Client Support Specialists who are passionate about helping customers and ensuring high satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Answer Incoming phone calls, return phone calls related to timesheet issues, problems or other requests
  • Retrieve and process requests from FEA and Time Sheet voicemail
  • Mail out timesheets, packets, schedules, envelopes and any other requested information
  • Research and handle issues with timesheets, payments, budgets or other requests
  • Print and mail reports
  • Open and sort incoming mail
  • Provide information about products and services

Skills

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in Customer Service and Clerical Duties
  • Effective Communication
  • Computer skills (Windows, MS Office Suite and Agency supported software)
  • Develop and Maintain positive relationships with Customers, Agencies and Employees
  • Ability to Maintain Confidentiality
