[Remote] Remote Customer Service Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Copart is a technology leader and the premier online vehicle auction platform globally, seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. The CSR's primary function is to facilitate the release of vehicles and ensure a unique customer service experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Position may expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support. Answer and place call in a professional manner
  • Measured on call quality – (Knowledge, level of professionalism, time to place follow-up calls)
  • Focus on a call resolution & use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
  • High School diploma
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficient with office equipment
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving
  • Computer proficiency - MS Suite
  • Typing speed 45WPM
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Occasional overtime as needed
  • Bilingual skills a plus
