Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ARK Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Platform Administrator to manage and enhance their Salesforce platform. The role involves administering the Salesforce platform, gathering requirements, developing solutions, and providing user support and training.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce platform including user accounts, roles, and security controls
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective solutions
• Develop reports and dashboards for decision-making support
• Manage data quality initiatives and support integrations with other systems
• Coordinate Salesforce releases and troubleshoot complex issues
• Provide training and support to users, and mentor junior staff
• Ensure compliance with security and data governance requirements

Skills

• 5 years of professional experience with enterprise applications
• 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in an enterprise environment
• Experience configuring Salesforce using declarative capabilities
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Experience with data migration, data quality, and system integration activities
• Experience in software testing, release management, and deployment processes
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or other relevant certifications
• Experience with Salesforce Industries, OmniStudio, and related technologies
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and source control practices
• Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration patterns
• Experience in highly regulated environments like government or healthcare
