Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
Conduct discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions
Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional specifications and user stories
Support Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations across multiple business units
Analyze and improve business processes using Salesforce best practices
Create process flows, use cases, wireframes, and functional design documents
Manage and prioritize product backlog items in Agile/Scrum environment
Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA teams, and Product Owners throughout the SDL
Support CRM modernization and digital transformation initiatives
Assist with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and case management solutions
