Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Scalence L.L.C. is seeking an SAP Consultant to manage the SAP Supply Chain Command Center on a 24x7 basis. The role involves monitoring critical applications, managing incidents, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the SAP Supply Chain Command Center on a 24x7 basis
• Monitor business-critical SAP Supply Chain applications, interfaces, integrations, batch jobs, middleware, cloud services, and infrastructure components
• Ensure continuous operational visibility across Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Supply Chain Planning processes
• Perform shift handoffs and maintain operational continuity across global support teams
• Proactively monitor system health utilizing tools such as: SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Run, Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, ServiceNow, Azure Monitor, Cloud-native monitoring platforms
• Identify, triage, and prioritize incidents before they impact business operations
• Perform event correlation and root cause analysis
• Lead incident triage activities for Priority 1 through Priority 4 incidents
• Coordinate war rooms and bridge calls during major incidents
• Engage appropriate resolver groups and vendors
• Ensure SLA adherence for incident response and resolution
• Provide executive communications during critical business outages
• Drive root cause investigations for recurring incidents
• Identify operational trends and systemic issues
• Develop corrective and preventive action plans
• Track remediation activities through closure
• Support critical business events, product launches, financial close activities, inventory cycles, promotions, seasonal peaks, and supply chain transformations
• Monitor business transaction flows and key operational KPIs
• Escalate risks impacting revenue, customer experience, or operational performance
• Coordinate environment availability and readiness activities
• Support code deployments, release validations, smoke testing, and production readiness reviews
• Manage environment calendars and maintenance windows
• Ensure successful implementation of changes with minimal business disruption
• Identify opportunities for operational automation
• Implement self-healing and predictive monitoring capabilities
• Leverage AI and analytics to improve operational efficiency
• Reduce manual effort through automation of repetitive support activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across support processes
• Prepare operational dashboards and executive reports
• Track service performance metrics including: Availability, Incident Volume, MTTA, MTTR, Change Success Rate, Defect Leakage, SLA Compliance
• Participate in governance meetings with business and IT leadership
• Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, playbooks, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions across support teams
• Maintain operational documentation and process standards
