KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance (FI) Consultant to support implementation, optimization, and transformation initiatives within SAP S/4HANA environments. The consultant will collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to design, configure, test, and deploy finance solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with Finance stakeholders
• Analyze business processes and recommend SAP S/4HANA Cloud best-practice solutions
• Configure and support: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Financial Closing, Tax Configuration, Intercompany Processing
• Configure organizational structures and financial reporting requirements
• Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops
• Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation
• Support data migration activities for Finance objects
• Execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Assist with cutover planning and production deployment activities
• Collaborate with SAP experts across: Controlling (CO), Procurement (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Project Systems (PS), Group Reporting, Treasury
• Work with technical teams on interfaces, reports, and extensions
• Provide post-go-live hypercare support
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues
• Identify process improvement opportunities and optimization initiatives
• Support quarterly SAP Cloud releases and regression testing

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience
• Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation projects
• Strong expertise in: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Financial Close, Bank Accounting
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology
• Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance Certification
• Experience with: Central Finance, Group Reporting, Advanced Financial Closing, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori Applications
• Experience in global or multi-country implementations
• Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local statutory reporting requirements
