Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kastech Software Solutions Group is seeking a SAP SD - S/4HANA Warranty Claims Services Consultant. The role involves implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA Warranty Claims Management solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective warranty claim processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Warranty Claims Management solutions based on business requirements
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design end-to-end warranty claim processes
• Configure warranty claim processing, validation, settlement, pricing, and reimbursement workflows
• Integrate Warranty Claims with SAP Sales, Customer Service, Finance (FI/CO), Materials Management (MM), and Logistics processes
• Perform system testing, defect analysis, root cause investigation, and production support
• Develop functional specifications, coordinate with technical teams, and support enhancements and integrations
• Prepare user documentation, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and provide end-user training
• Support system upgrades, data migration activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives

Skills

• 15+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC with expertise in Warranty Claims Management
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Warranty Claims configuration and business processes
• Experience integrating Warranty Claims with SD, CS/Service, MM, and FI/CO modules
• Experience with requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and production support
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementation methodologies and best practices
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Service or SAP Customer Service (CS)
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and user experience
• Experience with SAP BTP, integration technologies, or APIs
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery
• Experience in the manufacturing, automotive, or consumer products industry
• SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus
