Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VAILEXA is seeking a Security Engineer specializing in Identity Services Engine to support enterprise environments. The role involves leading the design, implementation, and support of Cisco Identity Services Engine solutions while collaborating with project teams to align security objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design implementation and ongoing support of Cisco Identity Services Engine solutions for enterprise environments
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Identity Services Engine related deliverables including policy configuration network access control and authentication services
• Collaborate with project teams to align deliverables with broader customer security objectives
• Facilitate customer workshops technical reviews and status meetings with clear and professional communication
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation configuration guides and operational runbooks
• Troubleshoot complex issues including posture assessment profiling guest services and identity provider integrations
• Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to customer security teams

Skills

• Deep hands on experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine including configuration deployment and troubleshooting at enterprise scale
• Proven experience acting as a subject matter expert in customer facing engagements
• Strong communication skills including executive level presentations and structured written communication
• Ability to work across United States time zones including Eastern, Central, and Pacific
• Experience working within cross functional project delivery teams
• Strong analytical skills with a security first mindset
• Relevant security certifications such as CompTIA Security Plus Cisco Certified Network Professional Security or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Security
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Security Specialty or AWS Cloud Practitioner
• Familiarity with Cisco DNA Center Cisco SecureX or Cisco Duo
• Experience with Zero Trust frameworks and secure access service edge architectures
• Experience with hybrid cloud networking and identity federation
