Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CBIZ is seeking a highly experienced Interim Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to support a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. This hands-on role emphasizes preparation work and requires an individual who can operate independently with minimal oversight, focusing on general ledger accounting and multi-currency environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute general accounting activities, including G&A accruals (with a focus on professional services)
• Prepare and perform detailed legal entity (LE) reconciliations
• Multi-currency reconciliations
• Realized and unrealized FX gain/loss analysis
• CTA (Cumulative Translation Adjustment) support
• Support multi-entity, international accounting operations
• Booking journal entries across various currencies
• Assisting with complex consolidation entries
• Analyze financial results and proactively ensure accuracy and integrity of accounts
• Perform month-end close preparation activities with high attention to detail
• Conduct functional currency analysis and assess risk for entities that may be set up incorrectly
• Leverage NetSuite for daily accounting operations and reporting
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage, analyze, and reconcile large data sets
