Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced AI agents and multi-agent systems
• Build production-grade agentic workflows using modern LLM technologies
• Develop autonomous systems that interact with APIs, databases, and external tools
• Create scalable AI solutions capable of complex decision-making and task execution
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases
• Evaluate, optimize, and improve AI system performance and reliability
• Contribute to the long-term AI architecture and technical roadmap

Skills

• Proven experience building and deploying AI agents in production environments
• Hands-on experience designing complex agentic workflows from concept through deployment
• Strong software engineering background with production-level development experience
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI orchestration frameworks
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, databases, and business applications
• Ability to independently build, test, deploy, and iterate on AI products
• Strong understanding of agent orchestration, prompt engineering, evaluation, and reliability
• Agentic AI architectures
• Multi-agent systems
• Workflow orchestration frameworks
• OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM ecosystems
• LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, or comparable technologies
