They are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to architect, automate, and optimize cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines supporting enterprise systems, collaborating closely with software and data engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM)
• Design, build, and optimize Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments
• Manage and automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling across multiple environments
• Deploy, secure, and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters and containerized workloads
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, App Insights, and Log Analytics
• Partner with engineering teams to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows
• Implement and enforce cloud security best practices, including identity, secrets management, and network controls
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive long‑term reliability improvements
• Champion DevOps culture, automation, and continuous improvement across teams

Skills

• 5–8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Azure, including services such as: Azure App Services, Functions, AKS, ACR, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Storage Accounts, VNETs, Private Endpoints, Firewalls
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD platforms
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform strongly preferred)
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, identity, and governance
• Experience implementing observability and incident response workflows
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-305, etc.)
• Experience with service mesh, API gateways, or distributed systems
• Background in .NET, Node.js, or backend engineering
• Experience with FinOps or cloud cost optimization
• Familiarity with SOC2, Zero Trust, or other compliance frameworks
