You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of a diverse range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences and corporate functions. This includes conceptualizing themes, managing budgets, sourcing vendors, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless execution on the day of the event. As a remote planner, you will leverage cutting-edge virtual collaboration tools and communication platforms to maintain constant contact with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Collaborating virtually with internal marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure integrated event strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in event planning, preferably with a focus on hospitality or corporate events. Proven success in managing complex events from conception to completion is essential. Must demonstrate strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
