They are seeking experienced industrial engineers to help train their latest language model on process optimization and systems engineering tasks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated work across core industrial engineering workflows.
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core IE workflows: process design and optimization, time-and-motion studies, capacity planning, workflow analysis, lean and Six Sigma documentation, and facilities layout design
Skills
- Senior or Principal Industrial Engineer with 5+ years at a top manufacturing or industrial company
- Deep expertise in process optimization, lean methodologies, and capacity planning
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
