They are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the development of high-impact visual and digital marketing assets, focusing on brand expression and user engagement across various marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing assets including product datasheets and literature, presentations, brochures, ads, email, social, event, and trade show materials
• Develop and adapt engaging visual content for digital channels, including simple short-form content when needed
• Manage creative assets, workflows, and production timelines
• Support website updates and content management (WordPress, Elementor)
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
• Support copy development for social, email, and digital advertising
• Schedule and publish content using HubSpot or similar tools
• Support campaign creative needs across channels
• Support the organization and execution of national and regional marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and roadshows
• Coordinate event logistics including vendors, lodging, and materials
• Support day-to-day marketing operations including coordination of materials, vendor requests, and administrative tasks
• Assist with purchasing promotional materials, maintaining marketing databases, and processing payment requests as needed
• Support alignment of messaging and deliverables across departments

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, or equivalent experience
• 4–6 years of experience in creative marketing, graphic design, or content-focused roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, and brand storytelling work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier)
• Experience with WordPress, Elementor, HubSpot (or similar tools), and basic HTML/CSS
• Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital user experience
• High attention to detail and commitment to design quality
• Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel (~5–10%)
