About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Develop and articulate clear, actionable global strategies for clients, considering market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and economic trends. Conduct rigorous market analysis, feasibility studies, and due diligence for international market entry and expansion. Advise clients on optimizing their global operating models, supply chains, and market approaches. Lead virtual client engagements, facilitating discussions and workshops with remote stakeholders. Analyze complex business problems and develop innovative, data-driven solutions for global challenges. Prepare and present compelling strategic recommendations to executive leadership teams, utilizing advanced data visualization and presentation techniques. Collaborate closely with internal practice groups and external partners to ensure seamless project execution. Stay abreast of global economic developments, geopolitical shifts, and industry trends impacting international business. Mentor and coach junior team members remotely, fostering a collaborative and high-performing virtual team environment.

Requirements

Master's degree in International Business, Economics, MBA, or a related field; a PhD is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic consulting, international business development, or a similar advisory role, with a strong global focus. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful global strategies for diverse organizations. Deep understanding of international markets, trade dynamics, and cross-cultural business practices. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Superior remote communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects independently and deliver results in a fully remote setting. Proficiency in utilizing virtual collaboration tools and technologies effectively. Must be based in the US and able to work full-time remotely.
