• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision making
• Experience working with agile development teams
• Technical background or familiarity with software development processes
• Experience with SaaS platforms or digital products
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
• Previous experience in a high-growth startup or innovative tech environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; an MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management or related role
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
• 2+ years of specific experience in the MarTech, Customer Engagement, or Retention marketing product space
