Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies that drive visibility and engagement
• Create, edit, and publish platform-specific content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn
• Write sharp, natural-sounding captions and hooks tailored for U.S. business audiences
• Identify and repurpose high-performing content for ad campaigns on YouTube or Meta
• Analyze performance data and recommend improvements based on insights
• Stay on top of platform trends, tools, and algorithm updates to keep our brand fresh and relevant

Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience managing or creating social media content
• Deep understanding of U.S. tone, culture, and social trends
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills
• Ability to write persuasive, engaging social copy that feels natural and conversational
• Analytical mindset and curiosity for testing, learning, and improving
• Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable — you take ownership of results
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or YouTube Ads preferred (even at a basic level)
