Responsibilities

• Lead development, installation, and configuration of software and system applications
• Design, build, and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing systems
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency
• Conduct system testing and debugging to ensure functionality and stability
• Analyze business systems and resolve technical challenges impacting operations
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize system performance and scalability
• Create documentation, reports, and technical findings for stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, developers, and technical teams
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development
• Take ownership of key processes and act as a subject matter expert when needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 5–7+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments
• System analysis, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Software development, testing, debugging, and code optimization
• Strong collaboration across technical teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of software architecture, hardware, and system integration
