As a Solution Consultant, you will partner with sales and customers to align the product with customer goals, demonstrating product value through tailored solutions and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver tailored, high-impact demos and presentations that map products – including our AI tools – to specific persona pain points, workflows, and business outcomes
• Partner with sales teams to identify and prioritize target accounts, map buying groups, and refine stakeholder strategies for new and existing products
• Build and maintain core GTM assets (pitch decks, demo flows, battlecards/competitor intelligence) to ensure consistent product positioning aligned with company strategy
• Analyze GTM performance (consistency of product messaging, win/loss trends, engagement) to derive strategic insights and drive targeted improvements
• Enable sales through product training and hands-on deal support, reinforcing best practices in messaging, persona targeting, and overall deal strategy

Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, or have strong product background
• Bachelors degree in relevant field of study, MBA from a top-tier program is a plus
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint, including ability to create highly polished, structured, and visually engaging presentations
• Excellent communication & storytelling skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Spanish language proficiency is required: you will engage directly with Spanish-speaking customers and markets, including leading calls and presentations to large audiences in Spanish
• Can understand and communicate complex ideas: you should be tech-savvy as you'll be expected to understand nuanced aspects of the product and be able to communicate complex ideas in a straightforward way
• Learn quickly and apply an entrepreneurial mindset: you proactively identify opportunities and drive innovative solutions, particularly as we launch new products and features
• Are a business presentation expert: you have a proven ability to create engaging, consulting-grade business presentations that tell a compelling story
• Have strong client-facing skills and think commercially: you should be comfortable at presenting in front of audiences and skilled at incorporating a value perspective
• Are outcome oriented: we strive for the best results, and we value outcomes
• Bilingual (Spanish + English) and have experience working with global teams
