[Remote] Strategic Account Manager (Colorado, Arizona, Utah)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. is looking to hire a Strategic Account Manager who will manage the Colorado, Arizona, and Utah areas. The role involves overseeing a designated large account to ensure it meets sales goals, developing professional relationships, and collaborating with various teams to support the account's business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Toyo product line, including features, benefits, warranties, sizing, and applications
  • Achieve annual and mid-term unit and dollar sales goals for the assigned account
  • Work with Marketing, Technical Services, Pricing, and Sales Operations to ensure market-level strategic and business objectives are met by the sales team
  • Assist account with the planning, development and implementation of sales-out programs to achieve sales goals
  • Drive growth within the retail channel with our private label and Toyo branded products
  • Report as necessary on sales activities and forecasts, threats and opportunities, strategic plans, and sales program implementations
  • Develop and maintain good business relationships in the account through periodic contacts and proper handling of sales and administrative functions
  • Work with appropriate Toyo personnel to train the account personnel on products, programs, and tools
  • Work closely with Franchise Owners, Franchise Business Consultants and internal cross-functional teams to support private label product in addition to Toyo branded products
  • Collaborate with franchise leadership and field teams to identify sales opportunities, improve product mix and increase market penetration through the retail channel
  • Manage private brand product changes from size expansions, budgets, forecasting and sellout program
  • Represent Toyo at franchise meetings, conference, and industry events
  • Other duties as assigned
