Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, contacts, and increase their sales. Our software integrates seamlessly with both leading FinTech brands and general tools like Google and Outlook. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice. We are Series B funded for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have 100 employees. We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country. Due to growth, we are hiring a Remote SW Engineer 1 or 2 experienced with:

• Ruby, Rails
• AWS (EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, S3)
• React
• Interest in AI, Gen, AI, and/or Claude (more below)

How We Work/Agentic AI We're prompt-first, and use AI tools to generate tests, increase velocity, and prototype quicky. Everything goes through human review prior to shipping. You don't have to have experience with Agentic AI to work here, as long as you have the interest! We work in a high trust environment, and many of our engineers have used Rails since version 2.3. • Partner with our other very senior Rails developers who have been using the framework since 2.3
• Work closely with Claude to ship using agentic workflows and ALLM
• Make architectural decisions that drive the next generation of our tech stack.
• Work closely with technical product teams to create custom user experience-led features
• Navigate from front to back end architecture improvements
• Built out 3rd party integrations
