[Remote] Talent Acquisition Executive Recruiter

They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive Recruiter to join their Procare CONNECT team, focusing on talent acquisition in senior living, while ensuring efficiency and excellence in the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Perform talent acquisition responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
  • Emphasizing attention to detail, organizational skills, communication, and customer service
  • Address concerns promptly
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements
  • Actively engage in action plans to overcome obstacles

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of operational experience in senior living
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working within senior living
  • Prior experience recruiting within senior living, specifically for director-level or higher roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and ATS platforms, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting technology
  • Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or Licensed Assisted Living Director
  • Experience partnering with executive and C-suite level stakeholders within senior living
