[Remote] Technical Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CyberForce Global is a venture-backed cybersecurity startup focused on enhancing enterprise security through an AI-native platform. They are seeking a founding Technical Account Manager to oversee the post-sale customer experience, drive platform adoption, and build strong relationships with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full customer lifecycle post-sale - from onboarding through to adoption, expansion, and renewal
  • Build deep relationships with security leaders and technical stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner rather than just a point of contact
  • Drive platform adoption and ensure customers are extracting maximum value from their AI-native security investment
  • Proactively identify risks, surface opportunities, and advocate internally for your customers
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to feed customer insights back into the roadmap
  • Help build the TAM function from the ground up - creating repeatable playbooks, processes, and best practices as the team scales around you
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to support retention and growth across your book of business

Skills

  • You have 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role - TAM, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or CSE - with a track record of driving measurable customer outcomes
  • You have a strong technical background in cybersecurity, AI, or cloud environments and can hold your own in deep technical conversations
  • You've worked in an early-stage or high-growth startup before and you're energised by building something from scratch, not following a rulebook
  • You communicate with clarity and credibility across both technical and executive stakeholders
  • You're a natural collaborator - equally comfortable working with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to get the right outcomes for customers
  • You think commercially as well as technically - you understand the link between customer health and business growth
  • Familiarity with security posture management, misconfiguration risk, or AI-native security tooling is a strong bonus
