InGenesis, Inc. is a trusted Healthcare Services Firm seeking a Temporary Administrative Security Specialist to support administrative functions for security clearances on government contracts. The role involves coordinating paperwork, providing timelines, and ensuring compliance with government requirements in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer security paperwork necessary for employment on government contracts including virtual paperwork completion sessions, coordinating fingerprint, scheduling, and follow up
• Coordinate and collect paperwork from new applicants in accordance with government requirements
• Provide timelines to complete the security process
• Modify, view, and make suggestions to ensure package submissions are accurate
• Track pipeline of submissions
• Communicate with applicants and company personnel in a professional and friendly manner
• Attend all required trainings sessions
• Meet accuracy standards and performance indicators established by the company
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience completing clerical or office work
• Experience using general office equipment including desktop computer, scanner, etc
• Must be able to use components of Microsoft Office Suite to complete tasks and possess the ability to learn additional software applications
• Experience with government security clearances
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills using phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools
• Detailed-oriented and reliable, with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
