In this role, you will support the administration and optimization of time & labor functionality within a Deltek Costpoint environment, collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into system configuration for Deltek Costpoint Time & Labor
• Support entitlement administration, including employee leave and holiday calendar maintenance
• Resolve operational issues through a case management or ticketing platform in collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Maintain and enhance process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge repository content

Skills

• 3+ years of Deltek Costpoint Time & Labor experience
• Experience with business requirements gathering and system configuration
• Experience administering leave plans, labor charging, and holiday calendars
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Experience working within case management or ticketing systems
