Job Description

We are actively seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team for an immediate start. As a Remote UPS Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage inbound and outbound package information with accuracy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipments, tracking, and service options.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Required Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, web browsers).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or logistics.
  • Familiarity with UPS services and operations.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
