Twin Atlas is a Las Vegas based studio known for its innovative games on Roblox, seeking a UX Designer with a strong focus on player experience. The role involves owning the user experience from initial design through to polished UI, ensuring usability and accessibility in gameplay.

Responsibilities

• Own how players move through our games, from first load deep into the gameplay loop
• Turn playtests and live data into designs that just feel right
• Take work end to end, from the UX thinking through to building the polished, game-ready UI

Skills

• Games experience is a MUST HAVE
• 3+ years of strong UX fundamentals across games. Focus: UX, player flow and usability
• Comfortable owning the full journey from UX concept to finished UI, with the visual craft to back it up
• A portfolio that shows your thinking, flows and problem-solving, not just the polish
• Someone collaborative, as you'll be working with Art and Engineering day to day
• Someone who designs around the player first
• Bonus: Roblox or Roblox Studio experience is a plus, not a must
