The VP of Growth owns Corbalt’s growth strategy and execution, focusing on building client relationships and leading business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible, trusted local representative of Corbalt
• Responsible for driving sustainable, high-impact growth across the company
• Collaborate with delivery team to align growth strategy with execution capabilities
• Own all aspects of growth, including:
• Relationship building with clients, primes, and partners
• Business development strategy and pipeline
• Capture planning and proposals
• Marketing and visibility
• Lead or support efforts required to respond to requests (RFIs, RFPs)

Skills

• Experience in business development and growth strategy
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients, primes, and partners
• Proven track record of driving sustainable, high-impact growth
• Ability to collaborate with delivery teams to align growth strategy with execution capabilities
• Experience in capture planning and proposal development
• Strong marketing and visibility skills
