Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MBO Partners is seeking an experienced Workday Financial Architect to support a global Workday Financials environment. The role involves serving as the functional and solution architecture lead responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling Workday Financials as the organization expands into new countries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead architect for Workday Financials solutions and enterprise financial design
• Design and optimize the Workday Financial Data Model (FDM) to support global financial reporting and operational requirements
• Lead architecture decisions related to:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Financial Accounting
• Organizations
• Worktags
• Cost Centers
• Revenue and Expense Structures
• Multi-company configurations
• Ensure scalable financial designs that support future acquisitions and geographic expansion

Skills

• Active Workday Financials Certification (Required)
• 8+ years of Workday Financials experience
• Deep expertise in Workday Financial Data Model (FDM)
• Deep expertise in Workday Financial Management
• Deep expertise in General Ledger (GL)
• Deep expertise in Core Financials
• Deep expertise in Worktags Architecture
• Experience supporting global Workday Financials environments
• Experience implementing or integrating new countries into Workday
• Experience supporting Latin American and Caribbean financial operations
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and post-acquisition financial integrations
• Strong understanding of multi-currency and multi-entity accounting structures
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• No third parties
