Job Summary As an integral member of the Analytics Team, the reputed company Technical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for individually contributing to and leading teams in the provision of technical expertise in one or more analytics toolsets to support the creation of information-based, business intelligence deliverables that will be relied upon by organizational leaders to support critical business decisions. Population Health Coding (HCC) – Experience enhancing risk score accuracy by identifying documentation and coding gaps, tracking provider coding performance, and implementing risk adjustment strategies. Utilization Management (Medical Economics) – Experience analyzing medical and pharmacy cost and utilization trends, identifying high-cost drivers and savings opportunities, and evaluating the effectiveness of care management interventions. Practice Transformation (Operations) – Experience monitoring KPIs and workflows to identify process improvements, optimize practice operations, and drive value-based outcomes. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, management information systems, data science, business administration, statistics, or reputed company field or equivalent experience required.
