As a Care Manager at Village Care, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of care management, including care planning, coordination, and health assessments. What you need to be successful To excel in the role of Care Manager at Village Care, candidates must possess a valid NYS RN License and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Managed Care, Home Care, or Community settings.
