The Sales Administrator directly supports the sales and business development functions in an administrative capacity. This position is responsible for monitoring order status and to ensure the order arrives to the vendor and the customer on time and without error. The Sales Administrator works with the art team and customer to ensure artwork meets specifications and customer satisfaction. This position requires regular interaction with customers via phone, chat and email. ​

• Assist sales team with processing sample requests, quotes, and form requests & seek alternative products for order requests as appropriate.

•Verify customer artwork meets product imprint specs/requirements and sends artwork to graphic art team for proof creation and processing. Verifies proof with customer, sends back to graphic art team as needed.

• Collaborate with suppliers to assure orders are accurate/on-time delivery.
• Respond to incoming site chat requests, e-mail requests, and queued calls and follow up with clients for proof of delivery, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications: Education and Experience: Basic computer skills. Preferred Qualifications: Education: High School/GED Experience: Sales and customer service experience. Call center experience. Critical Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Builds rapport with clients, team members and leadership Understands the client’s needs and offers a solution by matching product features and benefits to their pain points. Takes a consultative approach and puts customer’s needs first Is able to find leads and build a strong pipeline Takes accountability for their actions, progress and results Additional Basic Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $24.75 - $25.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
