About the position This is a part-time, home-based role for a Sales Development Representative at an executive search firm in the US. The primary focus is on conducting market research, identifying prospective clients, and executing outbound outreach campaigns to set up qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify and build targeted lists of prospective clients aligned with the firm's service offerings.
  • Research and evaluate companies and decision-makers to determine fit before outreach begins.
  • Source accurate contact information for executive and senior-level stakeholders.
  • Draft personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages using approved messaging frameworks.
  • Execute outbound outreach campaigns and manage prospect conversations professionally.
  • Qualify interested prospects and escalate warm opportunities for follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities within the CRM.
  • Organize and update lead data, contact records, and prospect statuses.
  • Support weekly and monthly KPI targets related to prospect research and appointment setting.
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members via Slack, email, and CRM platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to improve outreach processes and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Experience in market research and prospect identification.
  • Proficiency in sourcing contact information for executive and senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to draft personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages.
  • Experience executing outbound outreach campaigns.
  • Skill in managing prospect conversations professionally.
  • Experience qualifying prospects.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for record-keeping and data management.
  • Ability to organize and update lead data, contact records, and prospect statuses.
  • Experience supporting KPI targets related to prospect research and appointment setting.
  • Effective communication skills via Slack, email, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
