Sales Executive (Arabic Speaking)

Remote · Sweden Full-time

SiteMinder is a leading hotel commerce platform that helps accommodation owners book more guests online. The Sales Executive will work with hotel owners to build awareness of the company's products, acquire new clients, and maintain existing relationships while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Client acquisition - Creating new opportunities and upselling current customers
  • Achieving sales KPIs and targets - finalizing all sales in a timely manner
  • Identify upgrade opportunities with existing client base and generate new sales from these organisations
  • Presentation and negotiation – Prepare accurate quotes and develop and present proposals to clients in a professional and confident manner
  • Negotiate contracts as required, maintaining a balance between optimal service and value for the client and SiteMinder's profit margins
  • CRM maintenance – Maintain accurate records of your business development activities on SiteMinder's CRM system
  • Ensure all documentation is complete post sales to set up trials and to move the client to a subscription
  • Client feedback – Provide client feedback on products to the Product Team so that products can be reviewed in line with the feedback

Skills

  • Minimum 12 months of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales experience
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • A confident phone presence, fearlessness in leading meetings with prospects, and great listening skills
  • Strong verbal skills to communicate professionally with customers, in writing and over the phone
  • Self-motivation and resilience to show up each day and give your best
  • Growth mindset - openness to feedback and coaching
