Sales Manager/Business Development (Commission-Based)

Job Overview As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, securing security contracts, and expanding our client base. You will work with pubs, bars, nightclubs, event organizers, retail stores, construction sites, and corporate clients to promote and sell our security services. This position is commission-based only with no cap on earnings. It offers the flexibility to work independently on your own schedule while earning based on performance. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Identify and target pubs, bars, clubs, event organizers, construction sites, retail stores, and corporate clients.
  • Build relationships with venue managers, nightclub owners, festival organizers, business owners, and property managers.
  • Use cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing to generate leads.
  • Attend industry events, business networking groups (BNI, chambers of commerce), and trade shows to connect with potential clients.

Client Consultation & Solution Selling

  • Engage with potential clients to assess their security needs, risks, and challenges.
  • Present and demonstrate Classique Security’s services, offering tailored security solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, security plans, and service agreements.

Contract Negotiation & Closing Sales

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals.
  • Secure long-term contracts with venues, businesses, and event organizers.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and service implementation.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track sales activities, leads, and conversions.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to improve sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure client security requirements are met.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or B2B sales.
  • Background in security services, event management, hospitality, or related industries (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results.
  • A network of business contacts in the hospitality, events, or security industry is a plus.
