Sales Representative – Hybrid

The Sales Development Representative role involves identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective partners and customers to support the sales organization and drive pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect potential partners and customers through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach strategies
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established partnership and business criteria
  • Schedule demos and meetings for Account Executives to support pipeline growth objectives
  • Maintain proactive follow-up communication with prospects across multiple communication channels
  • Accurately document prospect interactions and pipeline activity within Salesforce CRM
  • Communicate Clicklease’s value proposition effectively to prospective customers and partners

Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a customer-facing environment
  • Experience conducting outbound prospecting through phone, email, or social engagement channels
  • Experience using CRM software in a professional environment
  • Ability to manage multiple prospecting activities and follow-up tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work onsite in Draper, Utah four days per week
  • High school diploma or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in outbound B2B or B2C sales environments
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or comparable CRM platforms
  • Retail or wholesale industry experience
  • Experience within fintech, financing, or financial services industries
