Salesforce Admin/Developer - Fully Remote
Salesforce Admin/Developer Fully Remote Full Time Minimum Qualification:
- At Least 6 years of Salesforce platform experience
- At Least 4 years of Salesforce production support experience
- At Least 2 years of Salesforce Development experience
- Understanding of Sales and Support processes
- Strong understanding of Salesforce application Administration (Lightning, custom objects, reports, workflows, assignment rules, Process Builder, Flows, Data security model etc.)
- Understanding of Salesforce Apex and VisualForce.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management skills with ability to juggle multiple cross-functional projects and deadlines
- Understanding of Salesforce Agentforce
- Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench).
- Experience with Atlassian products, Jira, Confluence.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and declarative development tools.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience cloud a plus.
Education, Experience and Certifications:
- Must have Salesforce certifications as Administrator
- Must have Salesforce certification as Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Platform App Builder a plus
