These are your tasks: Responsibility for the management and successful realisation of SAP HCM projects with a focus on time management (PT) and H4S4 implementations Project management and coordination of sub-projects Advising and supporting our customers in the implementation and customisation of SAP HCM time management solutions in accordance with their specific requirements and business processes Ongoing adjustments and additions to time management based on new requirements from collective labour agreements and works agreements Technical implementation of customer requirements by means of customising, as well as processing schemas and cycles Support in the development of customer-specific extensions and programming Conception of interface and integration topics such as subsystem connections and time wage type transfer to payroll accounting Analysing and rectifying errors in the area of time management and personnel resource planning Assuming responsibility for quality assurance and documentation as part of the implementation and optimisation of SAP HCM solutions.
